Responsibilities:
- Support the due diligence and legal closing processes for new private equity investments.
- Collaborate with investment professionals to underwrite new investments, including primaries and co-investments.
- Draft sections of investment memorandums for internal review and client distribution.
- Evaluate potential investments across various sectors using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Assist in quarterly monitoring of current portfolio investments for underlying investors.
- Manage internal processes and maintain accurate documentation for investment activities.
- Analyze financial statements and quarterly reports from private equity funds.
- Review confidential investment memorandums to synthesize key information.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail in all aspects of investment analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting group objectives and initiatives.
