Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has invited applications for the role of Treasury, Banking Operations & Fixed Assets Specialist. The position involves managing treasury and banking operations, fixed asset governance, CAPEX controls, and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
Qualifications
· MBA / M. com graduate with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in desktop applications and SAP financial systems
· Must have worked extensively on Windows OS and has very good hands-on experience in MS Excel and MSWord
· Should have experience of working in an MNC environment, especially in the core areas of work described above.
· Should have the personality and drive to be able to interact across functions and levels to be able to carry out his/her job responsibilities.
· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are important. More than that ability to articulate his/her point across to the other person effectively and efficiently.

- The role demands strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and hands-on expertise in banking processes, asset management, and project financial tracking.
- The ideal candidate should be able to drive process efficiency, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership.
