Qualifications
· CMA
· Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle R12) and financial tools.
· Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Experience in project accounting processes is preferred.
· Knowledge of reconciliations, cost allocations, and month-end reporting.
Responsibilities:
Project Cost Allocations:
• Allocate project costs accurately across appropriate accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and policies.
Accruals and Journals:
• Prepare and process project-related accruals and journals.
• Validate entries to ensure accuracy and alignment with project data.
Project Lifecycle Management:
• Handle project creation, updates, and closures.
• Review and validate new project setups to maintain consistency.
Month-End Consolidation:
• Perform project cost consolidation for month-end reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial summaries.
Reconciliations and Reviews:
• Conduct auto-reconciliation for project data to identify discrepancies.
• Perform zero-project reviews to ensure inactive projects are addressed.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal and external regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports for audits and leadership review.
Training and Dashboard Management:
• Create and manage financial dashboards to deliver insights, monitor progress, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Design and deliver training sessions to upskill team members while actively participating in sessions on process improvements, financial management, and reporting excellence.
