The Madras High Court dismissed the Petition against the Goods and Service Tax ( GST ) Order based on the withdrawal of the petition by the assessee. The counsel was instructed to withdraw the writ petition and has made an endorsement for withdrawal.

Mr. G. Derrick Sam appeared for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Vasanthamala appeared for the respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner, M/s.Priya Alloys submitted that the matter has been rendered infructuous.  Therefore, he submitted that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition. He has made an endorsement for withdrawal.

Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy dismissed the petition as it was withdrawn without any order as to costs.
