The EY Invited applications for the post of FS Thought Leadership – Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institute and Chartered Accountant or CFA level 2 candidate would be an added advantage
• Relevant experience of 4-7 years in Indian Banking & Financial services sector
• Prior experience has to be in Indian bank related in research and consulting thought leadership.

Responsibility

• Develop end to end research products including thought leadership reports and point of views on financial services sector in India
• Establish effective communication with key internal stakeholders to understand their views on key developments within the sector
• Generating differential research products/ideas
• Prepare industry overview, detailed company profiles and provide an industry outlook
• Working on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, M&A screening, etc. as part of industry research
• Creating and maintaining databases for financial services sector in India
• Team management: efficient work allocation, Ensuring timely deliverables, and quality checks
• Training and guiding junior/new analysts
• Stakeholder management and project management
• Willingness to constantly learn and be a team player
