Responsibilities:

• To meet the production plans while having a balance between maintaining cost within the budgets, complying with quality and EOHS.
• Visible leadership to drive operational excellence (EOHS Quality &FP&R)
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver targets on efficiency, FTG, EOHS & Quality performance.
• To manage a team of frontline team leaders, area leaders and associates, mentor and develop them to meet the goals.
• Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
• Funding Growth
• Identifies opportunities, prioritizing and planning implementation, prioritize, reviews and monitors to deliver targets
• EOHS & Quality Performance Improvement
• Allocates resources & monitors progress. Interface with the EOHS & Quality leads.
• Applying the PMS process for Associates, coaching and feedback. Identify skill gaps and develop the skill sets of the Operations Team.
• Develop & maintain congenial work environment.
• Deliver Volumes, Operational KPIs, Schedule manufacturing activities efficiently
• Coordination for effective equipment maintenance
• Training of Resources, Skill Development. Identify and build required flexibility in Plant operations. Drive FP&R initiatives.
