Responsibilities:
- To meet the production plans while having a balance between maintaining cost within the budgets, complying with quality and EOHS.
- Visible leadership to drive operational excellence (EOHS Quality &FP&R)
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver targets on efficiency, FTG, EOHS & Quality performance.
- To manage a team of frontline team leaders, area leaders and associates, mentor and develop them to meet the goals.
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
- Funding Growth
- Identifies opportunities, prioritizing and planning implementation, prioritize, reviews and monitors to deliver targets
- EOHS & Quality Performance Improvement
- Allocates resources & monitors progress. Interface with the EOHS & Quality leads.
- Applying the PMS process for Associates, coaching and feedback. Identify skill gaps and develop the skill sets of the Operations Team.
- Develop & maintain congenial work environment.
- Deliver Volumes, Operational KPIs, Schedule manufacturing activities efficiently
- Coordination for effective equipment maintenance
- Training of Resources, Skill Development. Identify and build required flexibility in Plant operations. Drive FP&R initiatives.
