Qualifications
- Minimum work experience of 1.5-2+ years in the fintech/telecom industry in a growth/strategy

need for a great collaboration - Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and evaluate
interventions based on business objectives and market dynamics - Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and driving

collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your
learnings - Strongly focused on execution, hustler, and proactive learner with a go-getter attitude
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheet and basic knowledge of SQL is a must
- Qualifications - Graduate/MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college preferred

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing PnL, planning interventions, monitoring category metrics,tracking funnel metrics, business reporting, and any ad hoc reporting required from timeto time
- Collaborate with internal analytics, marketing, and business finance teams to plan targets and manage the category
- Collaborate with internal business, product and engineering teams to get new product features build basis market demands, plan and track their go-live along with funnel improvements
- Work closely with internal and external teams to identify tactical/strategic growth opportunities and set up offer, promotional campaigns
- Responsible for handling day-to-day business operations and coordination with both external and internal stakeholders for the prepaid mobile recharge category
- Customer-first attitude: Coordination with CS teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customers. Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations regarding recharge transactions
- Should possess an ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
