Responsibilities of Senior Program Manager:

• Lead and develop Program Managers to provide project support and assistance to Amazon's business and technology teams with the design of new products or offerings and set-up of financial systems to ensure appropriate business support and controllership.
• Responsible for consultation, oversight and implementation of cross functional projects.
• Manage and prioritize work for the assigned portfolio; work directly or indirectly with various stakeholder teams and monitor quality to ensure standards are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the global accounting, tech, finance, tax and business teams to establish and maintain good communication channels

Responsibilities of Sr. Finops Manager:

• Ownership and implementation of new businesses and subsidiaries onto AR platforms
• Develop a solid understanding of Amazon’s Finance Operations systems and processes
• Define and implement global standards for business integration program management
• Define and describe various business scenarios that can be relevant to New Businesses and convert them into system and operational requirements.
• Manage process transitions/implementations across multiple functions and geographies
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate risks at multiple levels
• Identify gaps and strive constantly for re-engineering of systems and processes
