Responsibilities of Senior Consultant:

• Preparation of strategic growth plan for Department of Mining & Geology ( DMGs ) and other mining & metals clients
• Providing policy formulation support and development of mineral exploration, concession, and value addition strategy
• Development of framework for mineral administration, monitoring and compliance
• Providing PMO support for monitoring of ongoing activities with the tracking of critical timelines, KPIs and deliverables and identification of associated risks and mitigation measures
• Identification of issues related to change in central and state policies/regulations and assessment of impact on state mineral policy
• Providing bid advisory support for onboarding of various agencies
• Conducting diagnostic studies for understanding of current practices and providing suggestion for operational excellence/ cost reduction/ adoption of digital interventions
