Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager:

• Manage overall asset management of a portfolio or commercial real estate loans and investments within Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management functional area.
• Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables.
• Review and research moderately complex operational challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Review, understand and interpret a wide array of loan/investment documents. Understand all aspects of the real estate transaction including the loan/investment structure, borrower/partnership/LLC structure, property, management and market.

• Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
• Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services

• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
