Responsibilities:

• Develop the Program timing chart and tracking the progress against the plan control Project time plan to ensure on time project execution.
• Prepare, monitor and review Project Scope
• Risk Assessment/Mitigation of each deliverable. Facilitate implementation and monitoring of implementation plans
• Project review meeting with CFT team, track review proceedings, resolution of project issues.
• Deploy Project Management processes, methods and tools to enhance effectiveness
• Generate, Review Monitor review reports including Project Charter dashboards
• Highlights critical bottlenecks/decision points across projects
• keeping track with latest Industry standards/ techniques in the area of Program management
