Responsibilities:
- Develop the Program timing chart and tracking the progress against the plan control Project time plan to ensure on time project execution.
- Prepare, monitor and review Project Scope
- Risk Assessment/Mitigation of each deliverable. Facilitate implementation and monitoring of implementation plans
- Project review meeting with CFT team, track review proceedings, resolution of project issues.
- Deploy Project Management processes, methods and tools to enhance effectiveness
- Generate, Review Monitor review reports including Project Charter dashboards
- Highlights critical bottlenecks/decision points across projects
- keeping track with latest Industry standards/ techniques in the area of Program management
