Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring complete process governance
- Ensuring regular checks & review on the adherence to existing process
- To ensure validation and implementation of new processes
- Ensuring complete adherence to laid out Collections Policies & SOPs
- Regular Reviews of the processes
- Robust checks on Processes & Procedures
- Regular Reviews of the processes as per the current operational existence
- Process corrections to ensure increased collection efficiency
- Process corrections to ensure SLAs (for collection team and customers)
- Leading the Collections representation for any new product & process / SOP launch
