Responsibilities:

• Define, design, launch and manage new products and programs for improving customer / seller experience
• Co-own long term planning (OP1/OP2) of the business
• Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to co-own the product roadmap.
• Communicate with other leaders across the network to solicit and share process improvements, drive efficiencies and cost savings
• Monitor key program metrics and work with stakeholder teams to drive necessary actions.
• Incubate and scale innovative solutions, pilot programs and technology enablers to drive business impact
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources, driving alignment and mitigating risks
• Analyse data, surface insights and make data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
