Responsibilities:

Business Planning and Delivery

• Planning & Implementing the identified 6P Strategy with the customers
• Deliver higher share than offline for all our categories
• Driving data based decision making by analyzing sales trends and key metrics

Customer Engagement

• Continuous engagement with all customers, driving JBP and supporting T2T engagement with them
• Onboarding of new customer accounts

Operational Efficiencies

• Engaging with Field / operations team to ensure smooth delivery of business
• Working with CS&L for transition to Direct and managing Direct deliveries
• Managing Customer Claims and processing them in timely manner

Independent account handling

• Planning Customer level spends and ensuring P&L at customer level is maintained
• Planning and implementing the 6P Strategy with the customers
