Qualification:

Responsibilities:

• Regularly review Travel and Expense (T&E) policies and procedures & highlight the areas of improvements.
• Verify that all necessary supporting documentation, such as receipts and invoices, is attached to the expense reports
• Ensure that reimbursement requests comply with the company's reimbursement policies and guidelines.
• Verify that expenses are allocated to the correct cost centers or expense types
• Coordinate with finance teams & process reimbursement requests in a timely manner to ensure that employees are reimbursed promptly.
• Analyzes expense data and trends to identify deficiencies & opportunities
• Conduct training & awareness sessions to enhance compliance to policy
• Communicate with employees to resolve any issues or discrepancies in their expense reports in a timely manner

• Provide guidance and clarification on reimbursement policies and procedures.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
