Qualification:
- MBA
- Strong executive presence and proven experience of having worked in a similar role supporting CEO/MD
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite mandatory. Expertise in advanced analytical and dashboarding tools like SQL, R, Power BI is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, etc.
- Conduct research on industries, clients, and compile data to support decision-making.
- Carry out economic & financial analysis to come up with actionable insights
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work with other CXOs / senior leaders and their team in a collaborative way to help drive business objectives.

- Draft correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
