Responsibilities

Planning:

○ To build a bottom-up short term and the long term demand & supply plan factoring in the

inputs from Flipkart central planning and category teams

○ Work with the team members within the category and in external support functions to

execute on strategic objectives

○ Plan localized assortment and festive assortment to improve product offering

○ Closely monitors the business metrics and alters the plan as required

Growth:

○ Drive growth of the business through horizontal customer initiatives such as acquisition,

retention, cross-sell and increasing the wallet-share

○ Design, Incubate and Scale new Organic / Inorganic new growth engines for the business

○ Identify local demand pockets and define initiatives to drive business growth by tapping

into them

Category Marketing:

○ Work with the marketing team to launch & scale digital brand & performance marketing

campaigns.

Customer Experience

○ Drive initiatives with the product & merchandising teams to improve the buying

experience of the customer right from pre-purchase decision making to delivery
