Responsibilities:
Strategy Design and Implementation
- Provide relevant inputs to Head, HR and Training in creating HR strategy for the organization.
- Provide inputs for overall Departmental Budget (HR & Training) and monitor for ensuring adherence to the same.
Performance Management
- Ensure timely implementation of Performance Management and Development Process in the organization.
- Provide inputs to department heads/Head, HR & Training on decisions pertaining to improvement of system; compensation revisions/increments/variable pay; growth plans (promotion) etc. as these pertain to market recruits.

Organization Development
- Ensure conduct of exit interviews; analyse talent attrition trends and suggest appropriate plan of action to curb such a trend.
- Collaborate with HR (Deputation) to design and implement OD interventions based on the needs of the organization from time to time; recommend improvements (if any) in the existing interventions etc.
- Collaborate with Internal Corporate Communication team to launch initiatives towards building employer brand for the organization.
HR Operations
- Suggest innovative platforms for capturing and resolving employee issues and concerns like helpdesk, discussion panels, online portals etc.; identify and implement the opportunities for automation of HR processes.
- Monitor various metrics associated with HR processes and analyse the same for cost/quality optimization.
- Ensure efficient communication of all employee-related policies and procedures of the organization and establish mechanisms for effective employee grievance redressal.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure alignment to employee needs and to the provisions of GSTN’s HR Manual.
Compensation and Benefits
- Identify the latest industry benchmarks/trends in the area of Rewards and Compensation and implement the best practices in the organization.
- Ensure timely provision of relevant information and updates to the Payroll team for timely processing of salaries and reimbursements in respect of market recruits.

People Development
- Take an active role in recruitment of incumbents into own team.
- Conduct formal performance appraisals and provide developmental feedback for own team.
Others
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS and Status Updates for circulation to the Top Management and other authorities as may be required.
