Responsibilities:

• Domestic and Export sales planning and forecasting.
• Market analysis to track market conditions.
• To ensure order completion and timely delivery.
• Sales target achievement for Domestic and Export customers.
• Periodical review of the pricing, monitoring and implementation of price change.
• Price control in SAP
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level through internal coordination with respective departments.
• To collect competitor’s information.
• Receivable monitoring and control at set norms for Domestic customers.
• To ensure timely delivery of development product as per development schedule.
• Monitoring and compliance of development.
• Departmental Objective monitoring, Budgetary Control in tune with Company’s Business Plan.
• Follow correct procedures to ensure adherence to all ISO/IATF requirements.
