Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, review, and update of comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Ensure BCPs and DRPs align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and conduct regular testing, drills, and exercises to validate the effectiveness of BCPs and DRPs.
• Document test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during business disruptions or disasters, coordinating response efforts and facilitating communication among relevant teams.
• Implement incident response procedures outlined in BCPs and DRPs to minimize operational downtime and mitigate risks.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to enhance organizational resilience.
• Develop and deliver training programs on BC/DR procedures, roles, and responsibilities for employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations related to BC/DR.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, conducting assessments, and addressing audit findings.
