Hitachi invited applications for the post of Methods/Process/Manufacturing Engineering (Senior Manager).

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3~4 Process Engineering personnels and Tool Room supervision.
- Must be proficient in Team and stakeholders handling. Hands on experience in fixture and tool designing, Process documentation (PFC, PFMEA, Control plan, Process sheet, layouts, etc.), PPAP/APQP and NPD. Should have process knowledge of all Manufacturing Processes specially Machining and Assembly and special processes like surface treatment, washing processes, non-conventional processes, etc.
- Should be able to conceptualize and implement automation projects, process fool proofing and other improvement projects related to QCDSM.
- Must generate and implement cost saving ideas.
- Should independently face Customer, IATF, HSE and other internal audits.
- Lead 5S activities.
- Lead Change Management.
