The Hp invited applications for the post Software Development Manager.

Qualification:

• MBA 

Responsibilites:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to understand goals and help develop the best solutions for support.hp.com. 

• Serve as the secondary technical contact for queries related to the project, liaising with external and internal teams. 

• Help team translate business requirements into technical requirements for implementation, and maintain comprehensive documentation including usability guides, process flows, and detailed requirements. 

• Ensure that epics and user stories are well-defined, organized according to Agile standards, and include well-written acceptance criteria. 

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint demos, and retrospectives, while owning and running backlog refinement meetings. 

• Oversee software development, AB Testing, and Quality Assurance processes to ensure the highest quality of product delivery. 

• Guide the development team in utilizing front-end and back-end technologies such as Angular, React, Java, AEM, and tools like Selenium, JMeter, Git, Jenkins, etc.
