General Experience

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Heading Retail Finance of M&M Automotive. Plan, control, direct and manage National level collaboration with Banks and NBFC’s, negotiating policies, terms, and manpower planning.
- Spearheading development, and launch of a digital vehicle finance platform, orchestrating seamless integrations with CRM and leading finance institutions.
- Creation and implementation of National policies and procedures related to Retail Finance, Non-Dealer Channel and promotional campaigns for business drive, improved dealer profitability and robust financial control.
- Delegating and empowering Finance and other managers team for regional / rural partner tie-ups and business development through non-dealer channel.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators for Zonal and Regional teams related to Finance (Wholesale & Retail) and retail sourcing.
- Organising and participating in top management discussions along with industry partners comprising of CEO, COO and Vice President to establish strategic priorities.
- Plan and authorise national level incentive campaigns to drive business especially during favourable and/or lean months. Budget allocation related to such campaigns and robust control of utilisation by laying down strong policies.
- Allocating budget and promotional materials; planning, conducting, and monitoring national level digital, print and physical promotional campaigns related to Retail finance schemes.
- Partner selection, resource allocation and content development for Mahindra’s online vehicle loan convenience.
- Instrumental in Manpower training for Finance domain to new joiners.
