Your key responsibilities
- Develop and Implement International Business Strategy:
- Formulate comprehensive strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing market share.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Set ambitious but achievable targets for international sales and revenue.
- Sales and Market Development:
- Lead the international sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Distribution and Channel Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network across target markets.
- Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Implement effective channel management strategies to optimize sales and distribution processes.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in international markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns tailored to international audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, to deliver exceptional service to international customers.
- Oversee the implementation of efficient operational processes and systems to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the international operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
