Responsibilities:
- Drive Key Business Projects (as per requirements), follow up on the progress
- Evaluating business performance, Developing targets and growth plans for the functions
- Business Analytics, Support for Management Information reports of various functions.
- Preparation of policy document at business head level and deployment of the same at functional leadership level
- Plan, prepare, track and monitor Business policies / metrics
- Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports
- Analyzing competition and market trends, Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices
- Work on Corporate Communications & Investor relation
- TMW & other audits, documentation, presentation & compliance
- Preparation of executive summaries of meeting and proposals
- Prepare impactful Presentations, crisp Executive Summaries for various events.
