  2. Sales and Market Development:

    1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Distribution and Channel Management:
    1. Develop and maintain a robust distribution network across target markets.
    1. Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    1. Implement effective channel management strategies to optimize sales and distribution processes.
  4. Marketing and Branding:
    1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in international markets.
    1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns tailored to international audiences.
    1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  5. Operational Excellence:
    1. Ensure seamless coordination between various departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, to deliver exceptional service to international customers.
    1. Oversee the implementation of efficient operational processes and systems to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
    1. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
