Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insight
• Partner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem area
• Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations
• Develop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders
• Convert strategies into action and drive the changes required
• Partner with external consultants, sellers, brands for deeper grasp of market trends
• This role involves owning and driving critical medium to long-term, large-scale transformational projects
• Structure and conduct analyses along with analysts in the team as per the long-term strategic charters.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (revenue, marketing, supply chain, engineering, product, etc.) to crystallize the recommendations into initiatives with defined timelines and impact.
• Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected impact and timelines
