Philips invited applications for the post of Subject Matter Expert - Vendor Master Data.

Qualification:

• MBA

Responsibilities:

• Own the data services process in respective area, including Data Quality Monitoring, to set up data rules coordination into data check with IT BA’s and testing
• Drive process improvements (via LEAN, six sigma)
• React and respond on questions from the business/ functions/market and channel to relevant BPE / BIO in case of necessity
• Define and monitor Service levels, in collaboration Master Data service provider
• Provide training (incl. demo); Develop, review training content and execute the training session (Philips and the service partner)
• Maintain/review L7 documentation of running operations; create/update work instructions and request forms based on CoE standardized templates.
• Support Cut-over and Hyper-care defect management; Solve Master Data Services related issues, provide support during Cut-over/after-care according to agreed plan and provide feedback on execution of implemented services.
• Execute provisioning of S&A roles related to GBS FMD operations.
• Govern data management process standardization and automation
• Support implementation of data quality rules, data quality improvements and business improvements
