Qualification
- MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
- 7+ years of General Trade Channel Experience
- Experience & knowledge of channel sales
- Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.
- Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management
- Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry ( preferred - cosmetic channel )
- Good inter-personal skills
- Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
Key job responsibilities
- Handling Channel Sales ( General Trade/Distributors ).
- Achieve month wise sales objectives ( Primary and Secondary Sales ) of the region for entire Personal Care product range
- Implement company’s credit policy
- Ensure region’s Commercial is within budgets
- No Company Payroll/Third Party Payroll Team Handling
- Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points.
