Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
- Develop business capability maps and roadmap
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the technology platform(s)
- Design and implement solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
- Development of Training materials and training to end users
- Stay current with Industry trends and best practices
