The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified that no additional fees shall be levied till July 31, 2021 if the due date for filing falls between April 1, 2021 to 31, May 2021.
Earlier, the MCA vide Circular no. 06/2021 and 07/2021 provided waiver in respect of only 10 forms, however, now 8 more forms are added in the list.
No additional fees shall be levied on Form for filing financial statements and other documents with the Registrar.
No additional fees shall be levied on Form for filing financial statements and other documents with the Registrar for NBFCs.
No additional fees shall be levied on Form for filing XBRL documents in respect of financial statements and other documents with the Registrar.
No additional fees shall be levied on Form for filing annual return by a company.
No additional fees shall be levied on Information with regard to limited liability partnership agreement and changes, if any, made therein.
No additional fees shall be levied on Annual Return of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
No additional fees shall be levied on Notice of resignation of a director to the Registrar.
No additional fees shall be levied on Filing of Resolutions and agreements to the Registrar.
