The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) on Friday published a circular extending the filing of forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-04 (Financial Statements) for companies having jurisdiction in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh without levying of any additional fees.
This move comes in view of the requests received from various stakeholders expressing the impossibility of filing the same due to the disturbances in internet services and normal work resultantly.
The filing of e-forms AOC-04, AOC-04 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL and e-form MGT-7 and other financial statements related to the fiscal year which ended at 31.03.2019 has now been extended to 31.03.2020.
