The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA ) has extended the last date for filing DIR-3 KYC for the Financial Year 2018-19 till 14th October 2019. The Government also amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 201 and waived off fee shall be payable in respect of WEB through web service till 14th October, 2019". The Government also amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 201 and waived off fee shall be payable in respect of WEB through web service till 14th October, 2019".
The Notification said that, “in item VII relating to FEE FOR FILING DIR-3 KYC-WEB under rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, after sub- item no.(i), the following Note shall be inserted, namely:-
For the financial year ended on 3 l st March, 2019, no fee shall be payable in respect of e-form DIR-3 KYC-WEB through web service till 14th October, 2019".
