The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) notified CA Jyoti Chouhan as Chairperson of the Quality Review Board.
The government empowered under section 29A of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), amended the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide number S.O. 1693 (E), dated the 3rd October, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 3rd October 2007.
In the said notification, for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, “CA Jyoti Chouhan, B-10, Surendra Garden, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal-462026 Madhya Pradesh, as a chairman.”
