The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) notifies the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2021 which seeks to amend Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
In the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 in the Annexure, in Form INC-35 AGILE-PRO, part of SPICe+, in serial number 12, at the end of Table (A), the “Do you wish to perform Aadhaar authentication for GSTIN registration. 0 Yes 0 No” shall be inserted.
The rules shall come into effect from March 2, 2021.
