MCA notifies Special Courts in the States of Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu for the purposes of trial of offences under Companies Act [Read Notification]

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) notified the  Special Courts in the States of Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu for the purposes of trial of offenses under the Companies Act, 2013.

The MCA notified various courts for the purpose of  trial of offences under Companies Act, 2013.

Firstly, Court number 22, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai will be considered as a special court for the trial of offenses under the Companies Act.

Secondly, Court number 39, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai will be considered as a special court for the trial of offenses under the Companies Act.

Thirdly, 5th Special Court, Calcutta will be considered as a special court for the trial of offences under companies Act.

Lastly, Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be considered as a special court for the trial of offenses under the Companies Act.
