The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on Tuesday notified the substitution of Members under the Chartered Accountant (CA) Quality Review Board.
The Central Government amended in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated January 19, 2011.
The entries against serial number (2) “Member, Shri Kumar Sambhrant Krishna, B-103, First Floor, Sector 15, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301,” entry shall be substituted.
The entries against serial number (6) the “Member, CA (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal Ex-President and Vice-President of ICSI 75, Luv Kush Nagar 1st, J.P. Phatak, Sahkar Marg, Tonk Road, Jaipur-302015,” entries shall be substituted.
