The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) notified relaxation of additional fees and extension of the last date of filing of CRA-4 (form for filing of cost audit report) for Financial Year 2019-20 under the Companies Act, 2013.
The MCA has representations from various stakeholders for extension of the last date of filing of CRA-4 and relaxation in the additional fees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“In continuation to this Ministry's General Circular No. 29/2020 dated 10th September, 2020, in view of large scale disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and after due examination of the representations received from various stakeholders, it has been decided to substitute the word and figures "30th November, 2020" with the word and figures "31" December, 2020" in the said General Circular,” the MCA notified.
The MCA clarified that the other requirements as mentioned in the said General Circular shall remain unchanged.
