Harshita Goyal, a Chartered Accountant from Haryana, has etched her name among India’s top civil servants by securing All India Rank 2 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024. By successfully clearing two of the country’s most challenging exams CA and UPSC she has exemplified dedication, determination, and a commitment to succeed in life.

The topper, born in Haryana but raised in Gujarat, completed her schooling in Vadodara and pursued a B.Com degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University. Her academic prowess led her to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, a foundation she credits for honing her analytical skills.
