The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced an extended enrolment window for candidates who missed the initial deadline for the June 2025 examination.

While the regular enrolment period was open from February 26, 2025, to March 25, 2025, applicants can now submit their requests with a late fee between March 26, 2025, and April 9, 2025. This extension provides a final opportunity for students to register and appear for the upcoming examination session, which is scheduled to be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025.

The examination fee structure for different programmes remains unchanged, with ₹1500 per group for the Executive Programme and ₹1800 per module/group for the Professional Programme. Candidates submitting their examination forms after March 25 will have to pay an additional ₹250 as a late fee. Furthermore, students opting for a change in the examination centre, module, medium, or optional subject will have to bear a ₹250 fee per change, and those adding a group/module must pay an additional ₹250 as a service charge.

Candidates appearing for examinations from the overseas centre in Dubai will be required to pay a surcharge of US$100 (or an equivalent amount in Indian Rupees) in addition to the examination fee.

To be eligible for the examination, candidates enrolling for the Executive Programme must have completed the mandatory Online Pre-Examination Test and the One-Day Orientation Programme (ODOP). Similarly, candidates registering for the Professional Programme must have cleared the Online Pre-Examination Test. The medium of examination will be English or Hindi, subject to the prescribed guidelines.

Interested candidates have been advised to enrol through the official ICSI portal at https://smash.icsi.edu and ensure timely completion of the registration process to avoid any last-minute issues. ICSI has warned that Late or incomplete applications beyond the extended deadlines shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
