Ministry of Finance - MoF issues Corrigendum - GSTAT - GST Appellate Tribunal Notification - Taxscan

A corrigendum on the State bench of GST Appellate Tribunal ( GSTAT ) notification was notified by the Ministry of Finance ( MoF ). The government, vide notification no. S.O. 5128(E) dated 29th November, 2024.

In the initial notification, under Jaipur, 26 jurisdictions were listed. Among them, the first one was listed as ‘Alwar’. However, through this correction, ‘Alwar’ has been substituted with ‘Ajmer’.

The corrigendum is as follows:

“In the serial number 21 of column (1), against entry Jaipur in column (3), in the Sr. 1 of Column (4), for the word “Alwar”, the word “Ajmer’, shall be substituted.”
