The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has sought the comments of the members on Draft Guidelines for Formation of Multi-Disciplinary Partnership by the members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India as per provisions of the Cost and Works Accountants Act and Regulations and Draft Frequently Asked Questions on Formation of Multi-Disciplinary Partnership (MDP) Firms by the Practising Members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
“As decided by the Council, the Draft Guidelines for the Formation of Multi-Disciplinary Partnership (MDP) firms by the members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India as per provisions of the Cost and Works Accountants Act and Regulations and Draft Frequently Asked Questions on Formation of Multi-Disciplinary Partnership (MDP) Firms by the Practising Members of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India are uploaded herewith for comments of the members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India,” the ICMAI said.
The CMA Kaushik Banerjee, Secretary has sought the comments on the same should be sent to the e-mail id (mdpcma@icmai.in) within 21 days from the 22 July 2021.
