The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) ordered the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to constitute a bench consisting of Judicial Member and Technical Member for disposal of matter as per the directions of the Supreme Court.
The appellant invited the attention of the bench to the decision of the Supreme Court wherein it was directed that the matter in NCLT must be heard by a Bench comprising a Judicial Member and a Technical Member.
