Online Assessment Test (AT) for Certificate Course Financial Markets and Securities Laws (FMSL) to be held on 12th August 2023: ICAI

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) notified the Online Assessment Test (AT) for the Certificate Course Financial Markets and Securities Laws (FMSL). It was scheduled to be conducted on 12th August 2023 through the Digital learning Hub Organised by the Committee on Financial Markets and Investors’ Protection of ICAI.

The Face authentication at the ICAI Digital Learning Hub must be completed no later than two days prior to the exam. Registration for the exam is free for all eligible participants of the 10th batch of FXTM. However, participants from previous batches will need to pay an exam fee of Rs 1180/-. Note: -No Further extension shall be provided for completing the process of Face

Authentication, please complete the face registration/authentication process within the

time limit.

Prerequisites for the FXTM Assessment Test:

1. Active ICAI membership number
2. Completion of the Eligibility Criteria (90%attendance in the virtual Professional Training)
3. Desktop/ Laptop with good internet connectivity
4. Camera attached with Desktop/ Laptop
5. Active login at Digital Learning Hub of ICAI (ICAI Digital Learning Hub) (Please note SSP Login credentials are used)
6. Completion of Face Registration Activity at ICAI Digital Learning Hub by 1:30 PM of 2
7. Days before date of Exam
8. Also ensure that your recent photo is uploaded on your SSP dashboard.
9. Launch of the Assessment enables Face Authentication to confirm liveliness (Blink of eyes)

Important Instruction:

1. The online Assessment Test (AT) for FMSL Certificate Course is scheduled to be held on Saturday on the above dates from 10 :00 A.M. to 1:00 PM IST & 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST through the Digital Learning Hub of ICAI (ICAI Digital Learning Hub).

2. Members are required to ensure that they are able to login in the Digital Learning Hub of ICAI (ICAI Digital Learning Hub)using their SSP Portal credentials. Please check this latest by 4 Days before date of Exam and in case of any issue with the login, please write to us at fmsl@icai.in and elearning@icai.in, we would not be able to help any member if they are not able to login at the day of the Assessment Test.

3. Candidates desirous of taking this FMSL AT have to do the online face authentication through Digital Learning Hub. Further FAQs https://learning.icai.org/committee/faqs/.

4. Application requests received after the aforementioned last date would not be entertained under any circumstances and members have to appear in the next AT.
