Qualifications

• CA Final with minimum audit experience of 3+ years preferably for units covered by SOX
• Exposure to internal and statutory audit of large corporates; or experience in the internal controls of a medium or large organization
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of the control environment of an organization

Responsibilities:

Identifying potential control risk in regular operational deliverables and Taking steps to remediate Ineffective controls

Being the audit point of contact and liaison with auditors
Review of Work Instructions to Internal controls and audit and propose suggestion to improve controls
Monitoring allocation and completion of assurance checks in the Assurance tool
Conduct of review of the controls execution and document the results and reporting of findings / observations
Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls; and Planning and performing operational and financial audits
