Qualifications
- MBA from tier 1 or 2 Bschools or Tier 1 Graduation college, with 1-2 + years of relevant work experience in growth, product optimization, or a related field.
- Strong experience in user acquisition, partner management, funnel analysis, and product optimization.
- Ability to understand and optimize the full customer journey, using data-driven insights to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Proven track record of driving growth through experimentation and campaign management.
- Deep understanding of P&L management and experience in managing top-line revenues.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, and engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong product/solution orientation and the ability to create innovative solutions to business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition & Partner Growth: Own and drive user acquisition strategies, partner growth initiatives, and category deepening to maximize business impact. Work with internal and external stakeholders to expand and scale the category effectively.
- Funnel & Product Improvement: Analyze the entire customer journey, identifying opportunities to optimize the funnel and improve the product experience. Leverage app nudges and experience optimization to increase conversions and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Lead and execute key campaigns aimed at driving growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of these campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Business Metrics Ownership: Be accountable for all key business metrics related to the category, including top-line revenue, conversion rates, and other essential inputs that will drive business success.
- Growth & Development Initiatives: Develop consumer adoption plans for partners and work with stakeholders to operationalize these plans. Ensure all growth and development activities align with strategic goals.
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure relevant customers are targeted for the category. Define monthly asks and coordinate efforts for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Experimentation & Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct and analyze multiple experiments aimed at driving category growth. Use data to identify successful tactics and strategies to improve overall performance.
- Product & Solution Orientation: Collaborate with internal product, analytics, and engineering teams to develop solutions that drive growth and improve the category experience.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Keep track of blockers across functions and collaborate with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Partner Conversion Optimization: Maintain strong relationships with partners, monitor conversion numbers, and provide best practices to help partners improve their funnel hygiene and conversion rates.
- Execution Excellence: Be highly focused on execution and have a “learn fast, fail fast” mindset. Continuously adapt and optimize plans to drive better results.
- Monthly & Annual Planning: Work closely with the finance and other functional teams for monthly and annual planning, ensuring alignment across all initiatives.
- P&L Management: Take ownership of the category’s top-line revenue.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, developments, and opportunities in the secured lending landscape, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
