The Government of Rajasthan on Thursday appointed Arvind Mishra as an Additional Commissioner, State Tax to act as an officer of state government in the state level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering.
The Chief Commissioner, State-Tax, Rajasthan nominated Arvind Mishra as an Additional Commissioner, State Tax.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) and notification issued by Finance Department vide no. F.12(72) FD/Tax/ 2017-82 dated 06.09.2017, as amended from time to time, I, Abhishek Bhagotia, Chief Commissioner. State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby nominate Sh. Arvind Mishra. Additional Commissioner. State Tax to act as an officer of State Government in the State level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering,” the order said.
