Rajasthan Govt. extends Time Limit of Amnesty Scheme, 2021 [Read Notification]

The Rajasthan State Government has notified the extension of the time limit of the Rajasthan Amnesty Scheme, 2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of section 174 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, amended the department's notification number F.12(29)FD/Tax/2021-269 dated 24.02.2021 which is in respect of Rajasthan Amnesty Scheme with immediate effect.

In sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "30.09.2021", the expression "31.10.2021" shall be substituted; and

In clause 3,· in the Table under the existing definition (I), for the existing expression "30.09.2021" against Phase-III, the expression "31.10.2021" shall be substituted.

The Finance Department of Rajasthan on July 01, 2021, has issued a notification to amend a previous notification with notification no. F. 12(29) FD/Tax/2021-269 dated February 24, 2021, which specifies “Amnesty Scheme-2021″ for a rebate of tax and settlement of outstanding demands and disputes, with immediate effect.
