The Senior Chartered Accountant CA Sunil Patodia has passed away.
Starting out early, armed with a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree, he gave wings to his entrepreneurial dreams and founded S.K. Patodia & Associates, a full-sized accountancy firm in 1992. The course was set and from then on there was no looking back.
CA Sunil Patodia has provided his diligent services as the Chairman of WIRC of ICAI in 2015-16. He has also served as the Secretary of WIRC of ICAI (2007-08) during his tenure of 9 years as Regional Council Member (2007-16). Presently, he is a member of the Committee on Capital Market & Investors Protection (CCMIP) of ICAI.
An average achiever would hang his boots and bask in the glory of achievements but not Sunil Patodia. He believes passionately in giving back to society and making a difference. From women empowerment, education, innovation, sports to strengthening society with community initiatives, his philanthropy is wide and all-encompassing.
An ardent believer of Dr APJ Kalam’s earthy wisdom, “a dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.” Sunil Patodia has let his work and vision do the talking.
