The Johnson & Johnson Services Financial Solutions and Technology (FST) are recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst – Commercial Reporting to support Enterprise Reporting, including Operational and Management. The role would be situated in Bangalore, India, and may require up to 10% travel domestic/international.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end efforts to design, document, and deploy industry-leading operational and management reports (e.g. Sales, Price Volume, Gross to Net, Contribution Analysis, New Product Analysis, BME Analysis, KPI’s, etc.)
  • Capture reporting user requirements from finance end-users across the globe
  • Design reporting wireframes and mock-ups
  • Develop documentation of report functional specifications
  • Prepare and deliver training content
  • Partner with business stakeholders, data team and process team to design reports, data mart architecture and help shape user requirements
  • Establish relationships with business SME’s to gather reporting requirements and contribute to the future state report design
  • Communicate requirements to technical build team and partner with them to prototype reports within the reporting tool while working in an agile manner

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other applicable financial certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of three year’s finance or related business experience is required.
  • Possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or cross-sector experience is preferred
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
  • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
  • Capable of independent visionary thinking and strong interaction with the user base and other EPM workstreams
  • Needs to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend, implement, and own process improvements, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
